Did you read the newspapers today? Did you hear this shit!?

Dog owners in Nilai must now get neighbour’s permission!

This was what the authority said:

"Dog owners in Nilai must now get written permission from their neighbours to keep the animals in their homes. The pets cannot be allowed to roam freely outside their compound. Officers would take away unlicensed pets. Owners were duty-bound to ensure that their pets were not a nuisance to their neighbours such as the animals defecating in public places."

Read between the lines and this is what you will see:

"It is totally cool for cats to roam around freely outside people's compounds. They can shit and piss wherever the fuck they want. In fact, we even pick them up and eat it. Its a good source of Vitamin B(odoh) which is good for our brains." Cats are also needed in restaurants to irritate the daylights out of people who are eating. By rubbing themselves on customers' legs, pooping around and sleeping on the tables that people eat, it creates a loving atmosphere around the place."

I will only ask one thing to my neighbour : "Eh pukima lu siapa?"

I mean, we all know why they came up with this ruling...

Unfortunately, If I say it out loud, I'll be detained under ISA and put behind bars next week...
